Full Time Administrative Professional

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily client and team member communication with ease and professionalism
  • Assemble Tax Returns and Financial Statements
  • Responsible for office supplies and other vendor management
  • Client portal backup and receptionist relief responsibilities
  • Occasional overtime hours (including Saturdays) required, especially during tax season


  • CPA Firm Experience
  • Experience with tax software
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry and typing
  • 2+ Years College or equivalent education or experience

Work Hours

This is a Full-Time (minimum of 30 hours) position with occasional Saturdays from February through April 15.
